The English Hospitality Group (EHG) is a leading global operator, owner, and developer of restaurants, hotels, nightlife venues, and ghost kitchens. Challenge
Key executives at EHG were unable to easily access and monitor real-time data on the performance of their venues. They would have to contact venue managers directly to request information on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, transactions, labor, and revenue. The venue managers would then have to manually extract this data from the point-of-sale (POS) system and send it to the key executive. This process was time-consuming, error-prone, and labor-intensive, reducing the productivity of venue managers and increasing labor costs.
Solution
To address this challenge, we developed the EHG Platform. This platform integrates with the POS systems at each venue, providing real-time data on sales, transactions, labor, and revenue.
Key executives can now view this data in a central dashboard, allowing them to make more informed decisions and monitor the performance of their venues more effectively.
